Not sure if I ever announced it here, but we began an open mat at the club recently. Open to anyone who wants to come work out, spar, train, etc. From 1-3pm. $10. We have had really good turn outs so far with guys from lots of NYC clubs coming to train together. Hope to see more bullies there :)...
