Do you know anything about group called Storm Sambo? http://www.usastorm.com/ Are they a good group?

That is Lance Campbell's group. Lance has a long history with sport sambo (FIAS West). There have been some inquiries here in the past about their ranking system. Not sure if they still use it or whatnot. I have not heard much from Lance recently. But, he is a member of the forum here and he should be able to tell you about Storm in more detail...
